Responsible to ensure that chocolate products meet standards set by both the company and regulatory authorities. Your role is to develop and review quality and safety policies and manage audits by third-party inspectors. Train quality assurance employees and oversee manufacturing and production processes as well.

Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Laboratory Sciences, Biochemistry in related field is a plus.
Experience in the Food Manufacturing Industry is a must. Required experience in Food Safety & Compliance more than 2 years.
Preferred to be a resident of the Aramoun or Bchamoun area.
